Through our charity outreach, MBR identifies local charities, remodels a home to suit their charity's specific needs, and enters a long term partnership to provide the space they need to carry out their mission.

Populations Served
Morning Bloom has partnered with local charities to support transitional housing for homeless, addiction, survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking.
The Process
After meeting with a new charity, we will identify where they operate and what type of building they need. In the following months we identify a property and custom renovate it for it's desired use. A lease is signed with the charity and they sub-license the bedrooms or units to participants in their program. Funding for monthly/annual rent typically comes from operations funds, grant, or government assistance.
